My Journey

In 2011, I took my first yoga class in a small martial arts studio in the heart of San Francisco. I was humbled by the practice and enjoyed the challenge of learning to sync breath to movement. I continued to practice yoga and many years later, am still always learning from each class, student, and teacher I meet.

The practice of yoga reminds me to be present, enjoy the process, and stay unattached to the fruits of your actions.

“Live not for the fruits of action, nor attach yourself to inaction…perform actions having abandoned attachment and having become balanced in success and failure, for balance of mind is called Yoga.” - Bhagavad-Gita, Chapter 2

In early 2023, I graduated from the 200-hour YTT program at Mother Yoga, deepening my knowledge of yoga's rich history and traditions. My teaching style focuses on progressive vinyasa flow, guiding students to discover personalized modifications and postures that resonate with their bodies, while fostering inner peace and mental clarity. I hope to see you in class one day!
